Established in 1979, Fu-Long Metal Industrial Co., Ltd. was the first manufacturer dedicated to producing hard chrome plated steel bar in Taiwan. Fu-Long offers a wide range of products, including hard chrome plated bar, induction harden hard chrome plated bar, linear shaft, and customized precision rod for hydraulic and pneumatic cylinder. Collaborating with our customers has allowed Fu-Long to gain better insight into their most detailed needs.
Over the past four decades, Fu-Long has been devoted to advancing the treatment of metal surfaces, strengthening, corrosion resistance, with the goal of improving component efficiency. In order to improve the manufacturing process, Fu-Long has invested millions of US dollars to expand the factory and office buildings. Special attention has been payed to develop our own unique one-stop integrated automatic processing system for increased efficiency, ensuring stable quality and reducing cost. Fu-Long owns its one stop manufacturing process, from material cutting→ lathing, milling and drilling→ grinding and→plating→ surface polishing→ quality control, packing and grading to delivery. We have developed the capability of customizing products; furthermore, we have set up a processing system with distinct labor division and lit-par-lit quality control. To create higher competitiveness, Fu-Long now has dozens of processing equipment items that nearly 200 in number, and separated in 5 processing groups. It enhances the product size to O.D.800mm and Length 15M, and provides the best processing environment to customers
